What to Expect

Once we have set a date and time we will keep in contact by phone, email, or Facebook. I will be here for any questions you may have. We will meet at the time and location previously agreed upon. The sitting fee is due at the time of the session.  After the session is over the images will be edited. It can take up to 14 days before they are ready. Once I have the images selected and edited I will post them to your online viewing gallery with your password. This is where you will select and pay for your prints/ products. I will email this information to you. You may share your link and password with whomever you like. You will then have two weeks to order your prints. At the end of the 14 days your gallery will expire and you will no longer be able to view the images. If the images have to be uploaded after the 14 days there will be a $20.00 fee. Also, there is a $75.00 minimum order for each purchase*

Clothing is very important in a photograph. I  recommend clothing with texture, such as chunky sweaters, clothing with ruffles, buttons, ribbon, embroidery, anything that has grit to it.  I ask that you do not wear anything with a big logo on the front like “Hurley”. The small ones like the Polo Guy are fine. Seasonal attire helps as well. For example; bright colors in the summer and spring. Purples, tans, grey, etc. for fall…… and so on. All black or a busy neon print can clash with outdoor images.
Feel Free to bring a couple changes of clothing to the session, if your child is up for it we can change as many times as you like.
Also, choosing clothing for a family session can be really stressful. Try picking a few colors and sticking to them for the entire family. Jeans are always a good choice and you can pair it with coordinating colors. Sometimes matching too much can look cheesy, so try to keep each person a little unique but staying within the color scheme.
Very Important!! Bring Chap stick! Chapped lips are really hard to Photoshop…
